Seasonal Tire Storage Agreement
The Storage of Seasonal Tires/Wheels is available for clients who have purchased through SHARPE. This agreement between SHARPE Cars and the client noted below provides many benefits including:
- Priority Scheduling: Clients storing and installing seasonal tires/wheels at SHARPE receive priority for seasonal installation during weather changes.
- Convenience and Time-Saving: Storing tires at SHARPE eliminates the hassle of transporting them twice a year. Seasonal maintenance and detailing services can be scheduled during the same visit.
- Replacement Ease: If you need a replacement, it’s easier to get it from SHARPE without moving tires elsewhere.
Storage Fees will be collected seasonally, usually twice, in a 12-month period when installation occurs. Fees to store each season:
- Seasonal Tire Storage: $80 per season.
- Tires on Wheels Storage: $100 per season.
- Mounting/balancing charges will be invoiced separately.
Abandonment Policy: Seasonal Tires/Wheels will be considered abandoned and become the property of Sharpe Cars and may be disposed of if installation and or storage fees are not collected or paid after a dormant period of twelve months (12) since the last seasonal installation.
Clients are strongly encouraged to make note of the dormant period to prevent abandonment. Clients who wish to have their Seasonal Tires/Wheels stored beyond the twelve-month dormant period will be required to contact the dealership to arrange for payment.
Storage Identification: Tires/wheels will be marked for identification using tire chalk, identification labels or other removable forms of identification.
Liability: SHARPE Cars will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your Seasonal Tires/Wheels but is not liable for damage or loss due to theft, fire, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to insure their Tires/Wheels against loss or damage.
Pickup Notice: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to retrieve your stored Tires/Wheels.
Fee Changes: Charges for installation and storage may change while this agreement is in effect.
