Seasonal Tire Storage Agreement

Seasonal Tire and Wheel Storage is available for clients who have purchased through :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}. This agreement between SHARPE Cars and the client provides a variety of benefits designed to make seasonal tire changes easier, faster, and more convenient.

Program Benefits

• Priority Scheduling: Clients storing and installing seasonal tires or wheels at SHARPE receive priority scheduling during seasonal weather changes.
• Convenience & Time Savings: Eliminates the need to transport tires twice a year. Seasonal maintenance and detailing services may be scheduled during the same visit.
• Replacement Ease: If a replacement is needed, it can be sourced directly from SHARPE without relocating tires elsewhere.

Storage Fees

Storage fees are collected seasonally, typically twice within a twelve (12) month period, at the time of installation.

• Seasonal Tire Storage: $80 per season
• Tires on Wheels Storage: $100 per season

Mounting and balancing charges are invoiced separately.

Abandonment Policy

Seasonal Tires and/or Wheels will be considered abandoned and may become the property of SHARPE Cars if installation and/or storage fees are not paid after a dormant period of twelve (12) months from the last seasonal installation. Abandoned items may be disposed of at SHARPE Cars’ discretion.

Clients are strongly encouraged to track the dormant period to avoid abandonment. Clients wishing to store Seasonal Tires/Wheels beyond the twelve-month dormant period must contact the dealership to arrange payment.

Storage Identification

Tires and wheels will be marked for identification using tire chalk, identification labels, or other removable identification methods.

Liability

SHARPE Cars will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of stored Seasonal Tires and Wheels; however, SHARPE Cars is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from theft, fire, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to insure their Tires and Wheels against loss or damage.

Pickup Notice

Clients must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to retrieve stored Seasonal Tires or Wheels.

Fee Changes

Installation and storage charges are subject to change while this agreement remains in effect.
